Do you own a plow truck or snow equipment? Berrington Snow Management is looking for reliable subcontractors to service commercial properties across Long Island, Suffolk and Nassau County this winter. We bring the accounts, the routes and over 40 years of experience. You bring your equipment and your crew.
- Pay: Based on the contract. Seasonal contracts pay a percentage of the contracted rate for the season; hourly contracts pay hourly.
- Season: Full winter season, on call for every snow event
- Location: Routes assigned near our Holbrook and Southampton branches
What you'll do
- Plow, salt and clear assigned commercial properties during and after storms
- Follow site maps and service standards for each property
- Check in and out of each site and report completed work
- Report damage, hazards or issues to your Berrington route manager
What we're looking for
- Your own plow truck, skid steer, loader or other snow equipment
- Active commercial auto and general liability insurance
- Ability to list Berrington Snow Management as additionally insured
- Snow removal experience and a commitment to show up for every storm
- A registered business or EIN, or willingness to work as a 1099 contractor
